Is XATIS collaborative and interoperable, particularly with Requirement Management tools (such as DOORS)?
XATIS offers several collaborative solutions.
First of all, due to its ergonomics, it allows the system architect to model the system to be designed in a session, on a shared screen, with the participation of various fields and other project stakeholders.
Additionally, XATIS has a feature for fragmenting and synchronizing system/sub-system architecture models.
XATIS also offers a model publication feature. It is then possible:
- To query the published model to extract information
- To navigate through the published model via a web interface
- To create traceability links between an Application Lifecycle Management and the published model using the Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration connector available on most ALMs in the market (JAZZ-DOORS NG, POLARION, ...).
XATIS can also interface with an ALM via ReqIF file exchange.
The XATIS model can also be converted into other formats compatible with market tools via an Acceleo script.
To conclude, XATIS is a system architecture modeling software that can integrate into an existing design platform (software platform or set of softwares).
