How do I track my application(s) in the candidate area?

You can track your application (or applications) in the applicant account you set up in the Candidate Area. If its status is "pending", the recruitment officer and operation team members are still reviewing it. 

> Response time: we take 3 to 5 weeks to process applications (it depends on the number of applications we get for each opening). 

> Pooling: if we don't select you for the opening you applied for, but the recruitment officer sees that your profile might be right for the Group, we will keep your application in our candidate pool and may consider it when other opportunities matching your skill set come up. 

> Deleting applications: once you have sent in an application—for a specific vacancy or otherwise—you can no longer delete it, even if we decline. If you made a mistake, however, you can withdraw your application.
