How do I manage my account in the candidate area?

Edit data: you can edit your data in the candidate area. Once you are connected, click on “View and modify my applicant folder” then “Modify my information” at the bottom of the page. You are then able to make changes to your data and other saved elements.

Edit password: if you already know the email you used to create your account, simply click “Forgotten password?” and enter the email address. Your login details will be sent to you at this address.

Delete account: if you are no longer seeking work for the time being but would like to keep your account in the candidate area, you can disable your account or put it in sleep mode. Your stored information is retained, but the recruiters no longer have access to your profile.

• You can directly delete all your personal data by logging into to your account and selecting the “Delete my account” option.

• For all requests to delete your account, please send an email to [email protected]. Note: the email address [email protected] is not intended to handle job applications. Emails sent to this address will not be replied to in this context.
