JJob Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and follow-up of a sales plan that will create opportunities for the proliferation of the company's products and services to commercial airline operators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cultivate successful customer relationships that focus on mutual benefits, maximize the partnership potential, and drive to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
Act as the primary point of contact for each appointed customer, and be a customer advocate for them within the organization
Visit customers as needed
Develop well-organized, informative proposals in response to customer requests. Solicit and coordinate other internal resources when needed or desired
Develop and present detailed product and system presentations
Manage product/services mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims
Forecast product requirements for each customer on a monthly basis
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Support customer contract negotiations and coordinate other internal resources as necessary
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
Attend trade shows and seminars, demonstrate products, articulate competitive benefits of company products and services
Represent the company during negotiations and offsite sales meetings and advise management on outcome and next steps
Advise management of market trends and potential business opportunities
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
more than 5 years of experience working in a similar role
In Flight Entertainment (IFE) Sales or Marketing experience preferred
Good understanding of the IFE competitive landscape, products and systems
Good understanding of passenger behavior on IFE, especially with the introduction of Advertising and E-Commerce perspectives.
Possess a strong passion for customer satisfaction
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Frequent business travel of more than 40% will be required
Must be an articulate and fluent communicator, verbal and written, and at ease with public speaking
