• Hiring employees and contractors, (recruitment, employee contract negotiation, manage contact with agencies).
• Training Plan, follow up and implementation (Update LMS/TMS for training within SELIA, Liaise with Tier 1 to book Safran University training & Ensure all employee and training files/systems are complete and up to date), Career development. Mobility.
• Employment contract, onboarding and welcome plans
• Pay salaries (coordinate and assist in Payroll and benefit administration tasks).
• Career evolution, talent process, (update and maintain core HR within SELIA database). To participate in the identification of the critical skills required and/or to be developed to support the unit challenges.
• Coordinate Timetastic holiday booking system. Track Absences and ensure RTW forms are returned.
• Management of Transfers, contracts, maternity and paternity leave.
• Ensure all overseas VISA documentation is compliant – update and maintain Sponsorship Management System (SMS). Liaise with International Tax and Mobility Manager as need it.
• Management of Personal files in line with the company procedure.
• Report the relevant HR metrics to ensure consistent and reliable data at all different levels.
• Transfers, contracts, maternity and paternity leave.
• To identify areas requiring improvements, promote exchanges and best practices between areas of the unit, and consequently making proposals to the unit General Manager.
• To support the General Manager and the COCs on different topics, and attend meetings, networks and events as required.
• To develop a Social Marketing Strategy in HR Management to attract more talent, including, the graduate engineer scheme, creating a premier league of UK universities linked to R&T and future technologies.
• To listen to staff in order to answer their concerns, assist them when needed and to prevent any negative impact on the business and/or the company.
• To ensure employee satisfaction, implementing an employee satisfaction and retention plan for SES UK.
• Become proficient with all HR systems and act as first point of contact for queries on these from employees and managers.
• To convey, within and outside the unit, an ethic and professional human resources image.
• To integrate Continuous improvement into the department activities.
• To be in continuous contact with division and group to deliver SES UK marketing needs.

Experience/Skills
Essential
• Demonstrable experience of working in a demanding administration role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Package (in particular: Word, Powerpoint, Email & Excel).
• Experience of working with a multitude of stakeholders at various levels.
• Able to adapt to a role that will evolve and contribute to the development of the role.
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner.
• Excellent communication skills and willing to provide an excellent standard of customer service.
• Ability to multitask, as the role includes daily task variety and the need to adapt to task presented.
• Able to self-manage delegated tasks.
Desirable
• Previous experience within a dynamic, responsive, fast paced team.
• Previous experience working within a recruitment, HR or L&D Admin role.
Qualifications
Essential
• NVQ3 in Administration, or equivalent.
• 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
Desirable
• 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)
• CIPD Level 3.
