- Assures that the information shared related to the perforance of the SHOP is clear and on time
-Attends internal and external requirements scalated by customers and / or support areas of the SHOP
- participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the SHOP to fullfil internal KPI's
- Monitors the fullfilment of the forcasted demand from customers
