Activities and Projects Supported by the Intern:
1) QRQC and FOD programs management:
a) Technical Skills:
i) Update info on files, report preparation, data analysis (software) – knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi).
b) Soft Skills:
i) Interact with others – Be assertive (Oral and Written)
2) Improvement Projects
a) Technical Skills:
i) Data collection, preparation of reports, and analysis – Analytic, statistics, and chart generation knowledge.
ii) Learn and follow the SAFRAN standards – Reading and Comprehension in English, self-learning.
iii) Able to identify opportunities for improvement, and propose changes – Respect all the procedures, and self-learning.
iv) Basic Knowledge about Lean Transformation.
b) Soft Skills:
i) Active listening and positive attitude toward accepting feedback.
