Industrial Engineer / CNC Machining Programmer

Responsible for engineering support during the assembly and acceptance processes. This includes responsibility for specific process or environmental areas. Provides technical support to Operations in the form of enabling and improving the flow of manufacturing utilizing the disciplines of industrial and mechanical engineering.

Fulfill all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times. This includes, following all HSE policies and procedures, acting on unsafe conditions and aiding Leadership in the attainment of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for technical problem definition and solution in manufacturing environment.
• Interfaces with design engineering on incorporating changes to the designs which improve manufacturability.
• Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control through the application of Lean principles.
• Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel

Education: Professional degree in Industrial, mechanical or mechatronic engineer
Experience: Experience in a similar position, supervisor, quality engineer.
