TARGETS & MISSIONS

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to support the creation of a new SED manufacturing plant in Bangaluru, India, to support SED growth in both electronics and actuation activities.



OBJECTIVES

Create, Support and Implement the new site Supply Chain processes, with the support of the corporate team based in Europe.

Schedule and execute the industrial transfer decided to ensure a successful ramp up for our new SED plant.

To be the Supply Chain referent on site for all Supply Chain topics.

To be the focal point to build the local Supply Chain team.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee overall supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, master scheduling, warehouse management, inventory of materials and transportation activities.

- Prepare the new ERP SAP B1 deployment, training of Supply Chain users and Go-live of SAP B1.

- Ensure load capacity adequation for all supply chain activities to support ramp up of the new plant, in respect with the recruitment plan.

- Lead supply chain activities during the industrial transfer (planning, transfer of suppliers orders, logistic flows).

- Manage continuous improvement for productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain processes.
