Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Business Operations & Customer Satisfaction & Americas Pool Asset Management, the Business Development Manager is responsible for heading a team to set the specification related to developing one or two regions of the United States (i.e. East & West Coast), its successful implementation and the ongoing evolution of the capability it provides to SafranHE USA and the Commercial & Business Organization.

• Key Accountabilities
o Develop the people, tools and processes to deliver the following:
o The improved understanding of helicopter operator needs
o A simple and efficient commercial business process
o Standard and efficient proposal center capability using CRM
o Development and implementation of high level sales strategies
o Knowledge management tools that work efficiently
o Simplified, standardized and automated data reporting and metrics
o Management of pipeline of Business Development opportunities in support of Regional Key Account Manager
o Advisor service to sales campaigns and the commercial business process
o Drive to improve customer experience

o Key Account Managers – Customer business related activity and general support around marketing new services
• Other Qualities
o Perseverance and time management skills
o Comfort around senior management
• Ability to travel 20-30%

• Master's degree from five-year College or university in Commercial, Business or Aerospace Engineer.
• Advanced - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI preferred
