International Trade Compliance Administrator (Licensing Administrator)

•Gathers required information and Prepares ITAR DSP-5 and EAR export license applications for review by the Export Compliance Manager.
•Coordinates with program personnel to review provisos on licenses and agreements to ensure business and customer requirements can be met by the license or agreement.
•Maintains export licensing records in internal databases used for storing and tracking Safran Landing Systems export licensing history and other reviews/approvals.
•Review and propose improvements to bring existing procedures in alignment with current activity and regulatory requirements (EAR, ITAR)

*Must be a self starter, able to work on their own with little oversight
•Individual has knowledge of the current Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
•Must have experience with drafting DSP-5 license documentation and EAR Letter's of Explanation
•Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
•Applicant must be detail oriented, have good writing skills, and have good organization/communication skills.
•Experience in development and facilitating awareness training on ITAR / EAR Compliance topics
