Actively involved in approving, auditing , monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement activities with suppliers.
Actively involved in new component sourcing and development. Work close to our Program Managers and Innovation Department in the beginning of a new project, helping the flow down of the customer requirements to our suppliers.
Lead the quality improvement plan with suppliers. Validate its deployment with the procurement and quality teams. Validate the risk analysis and associated mitigation actions. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the monitoring and ensure its continuous improvement.
Monitor qualification of supplier special processes with the support of the Group special processes experts, including Audits, when needed.
Review and approve supplier PPAPs in order to verify that the supplier has defined, validated and implemented a repeatable production process.
Support the risk analysis for product design change and/or production process changes for supplier parts through APQP.
Evaluate the supplier against the inspection delegation requirements in order to determine whether he would qualify for inspection delegation. Check continued compliance of supplier with inspection delegation requirements.
Participate in Program and Sustainability, SBRT meetings to understand the quality issues and addressing them with suppliers, in order to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances.

Engineering Degree - Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, preferred.
APQP?/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Special Processes, MSA, knowledge
Excellent Problem Solving Skill - 8D
Project management experience
Computer skills (excel, word, etc)
