Safran Aerospace Composites is dedicated to the production of 3D woven composite parts, made using the RTM (resin transfer molding) process. The first application of this technology is the production of blades and fan cases for the LEAP engine, developed by CFM International, designed to power the next generation of single-aisle aircraft. The Accountant is responsible for the establishment of company financial statements, enforcing policies and procedures, internal control, and supervision of one direct report.
Principal duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintenance and ongoing management of financial data within the ERP system, in conjunction with CFO
* Preparation of month-end accounting and financial statements
* Ensure efficient coordination with Shared Services Center
* Coordinate monthly closing process
* Develop and implement accounting policies and control procedures to maintain organizations' financial security, in conjunction with CFO
* In charge of the coordination and completion of the Internal Control Campaign

Requisitos del puesto de trabajo
The successful candidate will have a BS in Accounting/Finance with CPA strongly preferred and strong knowledge of and experience with professional practices (GAAP, applicable laws, codes, and regulations). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office pack (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP a definite plus).
