Job Duties: Coordinate, track, and provide status of performance to program plan. Investigate, resolve and communicate issues that can affect program plan. Perform program staffing capacity analysis. Responsible for program/project schedule integration of Engineering tasks. Support compliance to Engineering commitments. Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance. Ensure application of business unit best practices and identify the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools. Translate program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks. Develop solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation. Mentor less experienced staff. Adhere to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.

The position requires a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Technology Management, Production Administration, or a related technical field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in engineering role in the aerospace manufacturing industry. (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience as stated, will accept a Master's degree and 5 years' experience as stated.) 5 years of stated experience must include wire harness design. Stated must also include: wire harness installation; Project Management, including control of costs and schedule, risk management and quality management; Microsoft Project; PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) such as Enovia, Autodesk Volt, and/or Primavera; and MS Office computer applications. Must be available to travel up to 15%. Safran Electrical & Power USA, LLC offers eligible employees medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as selected candidate's experience.
