Quality Inspector III

In the role of Quality Inspector, you ensure work performed meets work instruction and manufacturing standard requriements. You'll have the opportunity to inspect completed installations and work with Safran and customer teams to ensure high quality standards. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Inspecting bundles at partner sites
• Reading work instructions, work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists
• Checking work performed is in accordance with work instructions and customer standards
• Performing electrical tests
• Validating work performed and configuration of the bundle
• Completing inspection paperwork
• Assisting with on the job training and projects as needed

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.

• Requires a High School diploma or GED
• Requires an FAA Airframe License
• Reuires 3 or more years experience in Quality Assurance, Inspection, and Training functions to include wiring, wiring manufacturing, or MRO experience
• Military aircraft experience is preferred
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings/specifications, schematics, and part lists for electrical assemblies
• Minimal travel may be required
