Descripción del puesto de trabajo

The technical trainer works as part of the training and competence development team within the Quality department. This position is responsible for the facilitation, development and delivery of the applicable technical training for all personnel across Safran Seats USA. This position assists the training coordinator with internal client relationships and requests.
• Conduct audits in functional work areas
• Participates in meetings and training sessions to obtain information useful to training and integrates information into training program
• Confers with management and staff or Technical Training Coordinator to determine training objectives
• Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Demands: This position requires extended periods of sitting and standing while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment. Finger dexterity needed in using misc. office equipment such as telephone, computer and copy machine, etc. Bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to approximately twenty pounds are required during tasks related to the job. This position requires the physical stamina for extensive walking for boardwalk meetings and commute between buildings

Work environment: The work environment includes office setting with moderate office

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Ability to learn company programs
• Learning Management Systems familiarity preferred
• Training records generation, storage and retrieval
• Ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment. Ability to read and review written communication. Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English
• Ability to solve problems and think strategically. Organized
• Performs work under direct supervision. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to take initiative, accept responsibility, adaptability-flexibility, work under pressure, autonomy, creativity and leadership
• Acts in accordance with company values and related competencies
• Aerospace knowledge. Training modules creation and management
