As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in organizing, coordinating and monitoring all elements of the program, with the support of all the departments to satisfy the contracting party or customer ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world.
This position contributes to our vision by:
Establishing the overall development program plan/schedule of new products or changes based on strategies and keep it up to date. Reporting status to Management and Customers as required.
Driving cost efficiency, ensuring financial targets are met, managing budget adherence, and maximizing program profitability. Highlighting areas which require improvement and monitoring the outcomes.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Acts as the program focal point for the customer.
Participating in contractual negotiations in coordination with the Sales department and legal support (initial negotiation – RFP phase, and changes from internal and external parties). Including supporting estimating/quoting activities.
Managing changes through internal processes to highlight the commitment and resources needed to sustain the customers' satisfaction.
Providing to the program team weekly updates, at a minimum, of status vs. plan and vs. changes in customer status and expectations, including functional design, costs, scope, pricing, content, changes, delivery, documentation, and supplier performances.

Requisitos del puesto de trabajo
At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 3+ years in production management, Engineering, or Project management or combination of education and experience.
Prefers 3+ years of aerospace experience in electrical and mechanical engineering and/or wiring manufacturing.
Knowledge of Program Management methodologies and proven ability to manage successful Program and/or Project Teams necessary – Expert
Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills – Expert
Effective negotiating skills – Advanced
PMP certification preferred.
