This position contributes to our vision by:

• Compilation with the financial targets of EBIT and working capital
• Coordinate, collect, organize and distribute financial and project information
• Develop and deliver training
• Facilitate AIW's
• Project development management
• Support Lean and Six Sigma training activities including the development of training materials and facilitation of workshops and classes

Our Denton, Texas location is a manufacturing facility by which we assemble, inspect and ship wire harnesses for military aircraft. We work closely with the customer to provide solutions and exceptional program support. Our Team Members enjoy our spirit of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. Requires 3 years of Lean-Sigma related environment and 2 years of Industrial Engineering and project management experience. Prefer an MBA.
