FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPER H/M

We're looking for a Full-stack Web Developer to join our R&D team in Granada, Spain.

We provide virtually fail-safe GNSS and PNT solutions for military and commercial applications worldwide, and ultra-precise synchronization (sub-ns) and frequency distribution for applications requiring a high degree of reliability and precision through White Rabbit PTP.

In addition, Safran has great expertise in Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) through several projects in the framework of aerospace with ESA to provide deterministic communications with zero-packet loss. Overall, we deliver highly dependable solutions that always have high accuracy and robust timing at their core.


The Position:

As a Full-stack Web Developer, you will be a key member of our R&D team in Granada, Spain. You will be involved in the maintenance and development of new features for our time and frequency distribution equipment.

What you'll be doing:

Determining the information architecture of our front-end embedded products
Developing, optimizing, and specifying innovative operating concepts of our front-end embedded products
Help defining and running usability tests
We are all about improvement, so you will be able to identify improvement opportunities for product performance, efficiency, and coverage.
You will work with the latest and greatest in Resilient PNT and deterministic technologies!

What you Bring to Safran:

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Good written and dissemination skills in English.
Knowledge of general web and software development.
Passion, energy, and high motivation to participate in international environment.
Capacity for teamwork, organization skills and autonomous work.
Required experience in:
Web development experience: +2 years
Experience in usability testing.
Experience in technical knowledge of HTML, CSS3, Javascript, Json jQuery, PHP and web technology.
Experience in REST-API.
Analytical skills and self-determined, solution-oriented working style
Teamplayer in an inter-cultural environment
Desirable experience in:
Embedded software development in C/C++
CI/CD workflow.
Control version using Git.
Knowledge in SCRUM, JIRA or agile methodologies
