HSE Coordinator

 Assist the Health, Safety, Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility VP in deploying the associated procedures in an international industrial environment involving complex sites.
 Cover all sites and major issues such as: definition and implementation of major risk prevention plans, psychosocial risk initiatives, surface treatment risk management, etc.
 Interface with a number of functions, including HSE, HR, Communication and Operations.
 Define and deploy the company's HSE and CSR policy to achieve the best level of performance and quality of life at work.
 Help the company's Divisions and Departments to understand and take ownership of HSE and CSR issues.
 Develop the HSE culture through the control of our major risks and the commitment of everyone involved.
 Support local HSE & CSR teams in mastering their challenges.
 Coordinate cross-functional actions on major projects.
 Identify cross-functional areas for improvement and manage their deployment to anticipate risks.
 Develop HSE teams and train the various players in HSE approaches.
 Innovate to improve safety, quality of life at work and our social responsibility.

 Bac+5.
 Bilingual in English
