Manager, Operational Technology

Operation Technologies (OT) focuses on ensuring visibility and control to enable Operations to achieve its manufacturing / assembly objectives. The acceleration of the OT implementation will be key for the TOR site competitiveness. Reporting to the VP Operations, the Manager, OT is responsible to define, plan and implement the OT roadmap for Operations. This is achieved in coordination with all the Operation's departments (Machine Shop, Assy, Maintenance, Man Eng), IT, the central OT Team, MRO and other Production sites. Scope is 80% OE and 20% MRO.

Education &/or Certifications:
College diploma or University Degree preferably in Engineering and/or Business Administration.

Work Experience:
3+ years working in Project/Program Management - Project Management Designation (PMP) is a plus.
Experience working with multiple functions, large and complex projects.
2+ years of proven management experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Bilingual would be an asset
