MAP Engineer (m/f/d)

- Ensure technical progression of DQN / NC process in respect of Airbus and Safran requirements
- Ensure close communication to technical teams and management:
o Safran DO (FAF and NCF), ME, Manufacturing and Services
o Airbus MAP, Manufacturing and DO
- Secure good quality for the deliverables
- Ensure continuous improvements for processes / strategy
- Checking and validating DQN tasks in SAP, preparation and creation of amendment for DQN's / RDR's
- Create study if necessary to prepare the solution of the DQN including potentially IP management
- Technical support for MAP Safran team and for MAP Airbus team
- Participation to technical meetings in the Aircraft
- Participation to ICB meeting, Investigation on ICB (Inflow Control Board) points raised by Safran Manufacturing
- Delivery schedule adherence
- QRQC to be performed on request after delivery
- Creation of sketches PRE and POST
- Investigation on NC (Non Conformity) raised on MCA
- Participation on NCRB (Non Conformity Review Board) meeting
- Open OPL (ONE POINT LESSON) for major cases
- Signature of tasks within AP1020 signature delegation

- Technician with work experience and profound knowledge in Airbus environment or Engineer
- Experience on harness manufacturing.
- Experience in aircraft electrical engineering (ATA 92).
- Global Knowledge of AIRBUS rules, regulations, processes and procedures.
- EPO: Electrical Process Overview – E2E: End to end process for harness
- Good knowledge of Airbus Tools
- Good Management experience
- Good English knowledge
- General knowledge about 923-924-927-928-929 DRW Sets and Basic Knowledge about Structure
- General Functional knowledge: PD and WD
- Good knowledge of electrical systems in general
- Knowledge about Backward Change Process (DQN), Forward Change Process (RDR) and Configuration Management
- Minimum knowledge of NFF sections particularities
- Good knowledge of SAP, GILDA, CATIA, VPM, Trend, HMV, CIRCE, RIC, TRESTI, ZAMIZ, PDMLink
