Manufacturing Engineer Leader (m/f/d) M/F

For one of our Safran Work Package within the Airbus Plant of Hamburg, we are looking for a ME Team Leader.

Ensure that the ME processes are well applied by the ME team.
Secure that the ME team is working according to the shift and planning.

Analyze the Non Conformity (NC) received from the customer and create Work Orders in the Airbus and Safran systems for the Production team to rework the Non Conformity based on official documents mandatory to be used.

Secure on time creation of Work Order for Electrical, Mechanical and Structural rework based on priorities.

Support the Production team in case of technical issue.

Continuous improvement mentality.
Ensure compliance to internal objectives.
Reporting to the management.
Act as ME coach.

Similar experience as ME in the Airbus world is strongly wished.
Strong expericence with SAP Airbus.
