Your Key Responsibilities:

You are the HR Manager for the Subsidiary of Safran Helicopter Engines in Germany (±70 Employees across different locations).

In the framework of your cooperation with our departments, you will be able to understand the main services and products, to drive the business forward with appropriate HR strategies, policies and processes in Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Career Development, Training, Compensation & Benefits (incl. payroll administration) and Employee Relations. Furthermore, your challenge is to anticipate HR-related needs and deliver value added service to the management and employees to support the business objectives of the Group organization. In this role you are a manager of a team of three employees and report directly to the CFO.

Your responsibilities:

• Operational responsibility for all HR topics of the company
• Plan, develop and implement effective strategies and policies to answer expressed business needs
• Provide support and guidance to the managers and employees in all HR-related issues
• Identify and implement necessary improvements in the HR processes and policies to drive efficiency and better the employee experience
• Management of diverse operational and strategic HR projects

Requisitos del puesto de trabajo

What we are looking for:

• Diploma in HR, Labor Law or Business Administration or related fields
• 8+ years of professional experience as a HR Manager (m/f/d), HR Generalist (m/f/d) or HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
• Ideally experiences in medium-sized companies or in a start-up environment
• Leadership and management experience
• Proven ability to engage with management and key partners to address opportunities and needs, as appropriate
• Strong process, project and change management skills to create and implement HR plans that are aligned with the overall business and HR strategy
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills, and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to all levels of the business in a multicultural organization
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
