Precision Optics Fabrication
We polish, control and coat high precision optics (plane, spherical, aspherical or free-form) to the nanometer accuracy, with a significant differentiating factor for large-size products (capacity up to 4 meter diameter).
We provide thin-film optical coatings adapted to high-energy laser, space, astronomy, defense and semiconductor applications from micro coating to coating of large optics.
High Precision Integration
We assemble, integrate, bond, clean, test high precision opto-mechanical systems in our Class 100 room for Space & Industry application
High Precision Optics Machining & Polishing
We polish optics for high performance systems for the Space, Astronomy and Laser Industries. We machine, lightweight and polish glass or vitroceramic substrates.
We are also the Leader in large & precision SiC mirror polishing & coating. We also developped our own R-SiC polishing layer, alternative to CVD layer. Space & Cryo qualified (ESA)
For all these materials, we can achieve the nm accuracies from plano, spherical, aspherical and free form surfaces for diameters up to 4 meter.
Metrology & Surfacing stations solutions
Capitalizing on its renowned expertise in high-precision optical fabrication, Safran Reosc offers surfacing and metrology solutions for high precision optics, equipped with its image analysis software.
High precision Metrology
Safran Reosc offers Metrology solutions from standardized interferometric test bench, deflectometry, to stitching method to control plano and free form surfaces to the nm accuracy, for optics diameter from some mm to 4 meter.
High Precision Coating
We coat optics for the Space, Astronomy and Laser industries: Infrared : Filters, AR, Dichroic, Vis-NIR Filters, AR, Polarizer, Dichroic, Linear Filters, Detectors coating (AR, Pixelated filters), Mirrors (Al, Gold, Silver, Dielectrics), Laser coating (AR, HR, Polarizer), Metallic thermal barrier coating, Sub-wavelength photonic filters, UV, Polishable coating
