 Lead New product processing test and result validation
 Product processing improvement to achieve production ramp up

• Manufacturing process & technical optimization
 Manufacturing layout & SOP optimization
 Drive Tooling & fixture optimization, introduce the new technology like new tools, new methodology
 Drive CNC Programming optimization
 Support lead time reduction
 Improve quality and reduce rework
 Lead/support the projects of Green Belt, Kaizen
 Propose produce design change to design engineering to improve manufacturability

• Production issue support
 Support QRQC, 8D, disposition of non-conforming product and rework process
 Manufacturing Change Implementation Management

• Support supply chain development

Bachelor and above
Above 3 years at manufacturing engineering
Fluent oral & written English
Microsoft software skill (Excel, word and PPT)
National Computer Level 2
Skilled in reading and create design & manufacturing drawing
Skilled in CAD/CAM software such as CATIA, UG, NC-Simul. Solidworks, Vericut or other similar tools.
Good knowledge of fixture & tooling design
Good knowledge of GD&T
