Procurement

- Daily PO management: well understand MPS& ERP logic, manage on time PO delivery with requested quantity to guarantee factory operation
- Maintain ERP parameters, manage appropriate inventory level (VEX) & Exception Message
- First point of supplier risk escalation for delivery/ quality/ cost issues, etc. Provide necessary mitigation plans
- Represent Procurement in transfer projects
- Quick response & handling on demand from external & internal customers
- Weekly & monthly supplier data collection and analyses to be integrated into procurement KPI reports
- Execute related supplier improvement actions
- Other job assigned by manager

Education/Major: Bachelor degree on engineering or supply chain management

Experience: 2 years working experience in procurement or planning

Language: Fluent in oral and writing English

Computer/Software: Skilled at Microsoft office software, especially Excel

Technical Skill: ERP knowledge
Good understanding on MPS and production planning
Project management skills

Soft Skill: Team work spirit, good communication and negotiation skills, be alert to potential risk

Others: Can take business travel
