工作描述

- Coaching and developing the procurement team to ensure components on
time supply.
- Leading procurement team to set up right procurement process.
- Collaborate with purchasing and SPQM team to solve the supply issue.
- Measure supplier performance and collaborate with SPQM team to put right
action plan in place to improve deliver performance.
- Set up right stock policy base on supplier and demand situation.
- Weekly tracking procurement indicators on components stock, PO and lead time
status, deliver performance.
- Monthly report and analysis on PV, OTD and stock level.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues for material availability or quality issues.
- Follow order book management and order acknowledgement.
- Prevention of part shortages; expediting material during shortages.
- Procurement data management and accuracy like Exception message.
- Supplier visits, as needed.
- Any other tasks arranged by HOD.

工作要求

- Education: Bachelor or above
- Experience: 10+ years proven experience in Supply Chain or Production
Management; 5+ team management.
- Language: Chinese: Native; English: full proficiency.
- Computer: Excel: ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables; PowerPoint:
ability to make clear and concise presentation; VBA is a plus.
- Technical Skill: Knowledge of industrial management (Lean, Production
Planning); Proficiency in the use of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5 WHYs, SPC);
Experience in project management; Experience or knowledge of
manufacturing processes (machining, special process, assembly,...) is a
plus.
- Soft Skill: Communication: ability to effectively communicate at Senior
Management Level; Result Driven: ability to focus on target and not get
disturbed by high flow of information and multiple stakeholders; Team
Leadership; Coaching & Mentoring.
- Others: Flexibility to manage business trips and communicate with
oversea SLS sites in different time zones
