- Ensure good CFM relations and coordination between the two Partners for commercial and marketing actions in the Americas region
- Contribute to the Sales strategy for the Region with GE, and participate with the local sales teams to all commercialevents in the region (Conferences, Trade Shows, Exhibitions, Ceremonies, etc.).
- Develop your relational and personal network with all Entities at all levels, participating in decision-making with our current and potential Customers.
- With local sales teams, identify needs for engines and services beyond RFP to report all the necessary information to the SAE Regional Sales GM for a good understanding of deals.
- Discuss and propose to GE the best suited strategy to each deal, in accordance with SAE commercial policy
- Prepare all campaign elements to facilitate internal financial analysis and its approvals.
- Detect hard points in operations between GE and Safran Aircraft Engines and make recommendations for improvement.
- Follow the list of actions taken between SAE and GE and make the necessary reminders to respect the deadlines required by GE Sales as much as necessary to promote the whole SAE activities with airlines in the region.
- Ensure constructive and positive coordination with SAE Customer teams in order to obtain Customer satisfaction through a global and coordinated approach to routine or crisis situations
- Stay involved in deal campaigns and their execution in order to propmtly resolve any commercial dispute
- Support local sales directors in their efforts to finalize deals according to the set objectives
- Propose “value selling” analysis to reinforce the value of our products and enhance profitability.
- Report feedback (RetEx) from past campaigns to improve the following ones.
- Contribute to the Sales Progress Plan as well as any process improvement initiatives
- Support all transversal procedures with required sales inputs and also in representing the voice of Customers.
- Identify long-term opportunities and propose priorities according to the objectives defined by the GM VP Sales.
- Ensure Trade compliance monitoring in accordance with the sales processes in force at SAE and CFM.
- Sell Safran Aircraft Engines products (LEAP FL LRU, SFCO2, etc.).
工作要求
- Education : Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or business administration
- Language Skills : Fluent in both English and French. Native Chinese speaker.
- Experience: preferable 10-year or above experience in sales and/or aftersales role, at least 5 years in aeronautic industry.
- Being able to travel in China and abroad
- Having strong learning ability and communication skills.
- Know how to work in a team, have a collaborative spirit
- Have good interpersonal skills, a certain diplomatic talent
- Be able to work with several hierarchical levels of organization
- Rigorous
- Good negotiation skills, including contractual ones.
