Product Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：

Industrialization :

• Plan and pilot
o New product industrialization or parts definition evolution
o New machine validation
o New tool validation
o New process validation

• Manage process routing, BOM creation and update

Quality, improvement, robustness and capacity :

• Participate to problem solving as, RPO, 8D.
• Participate to process improvement and robustness.
• Monitor FTY and non-quality pareto
• Monitor production capacity
• Participate to risk assessment

Cost :

• Monitor and control expense according to budget
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead actions
• Pilot cost reduction project

Investment / Layout :

• Lead and coordinate investment project
o Define specification and scope of the project with concerned departments
o Planning and monitoring
o Review of acceptance milestone and delivery

• Lead and coordinate machine relocation and layout project
o Measure and draw layout in AutoCAD
o Coordinate other support department activities through planning

Cross-departments interactions:

• Coordinate actions with other supporting department such as:
o Quality
o Supply chain / planning team
o Production
o Process

• Coordinate external communication with:
o SAE France Design office
o SAE France Quality
o SAE France Industrial expert
o Suppliers (investment, relocation...)


Responsibilities and duties :

• Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities
• Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities
• Responsible for fulfill customer's requirement to guarantee good customer's satisfaction
• Responsible for adhering to the company policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：
1. Bachelor / Master degree on mechanics or industrial engineering
2. At least 2 years' experience in process or project management
3. Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense
4. Good technical skills as process manufacturing, measurement
5. Quality oriented
6. Ownership
7. Leadership spirit
8. Teamwork oriented
9. Organization / Project skills
10. Good English skills (speaking and writing)
