工作描述
• Nonstandard tooling design and acquisition.
• Focal point with tooling design office in France for improvement and trouble shooting.
• Training for mechanics about the tooling usage.
• Responsible for TPM, tooling maintenance and calibration plan.
• Tooling risk analysis and continuous improvement.
• Investigation on tooling defects, plan for improvements.
• Technical support for other tooling related requests.
工作要求
• Bachelor degree in Material / mechanical engineering.
• Good knowledge of theoretical and practical manufacturing processes.
• Skilled on drawing (Auto CAD, solid works, Catia, etc.)
• Knowledge of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and methodology
• Quick leaning capability, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit.
• Oral and written communication skills with English.
