HSE Intern

1.Assist HSE management: Assist the department in the daily maintenance and implementation of the health, safety and environment (HSE) management system. Participate in the organization, filing and updating of HSE related documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements.

2.Safety Inspection and Supervision: Assist in on-site safety inspections, identify potential safety hazards, and make suggestions for improvement. Participate in safety inspections and supervise employees to comply with safety operating procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

3.Training and Promotion: Assist in organizing HSE training activities, including new employee safety training, special safety training, etc. Participate in the production of HSE promotional materials, such as posters, manuals, etc., to enhance employee safety awareness.

4.Accident Handling and Reporting: Assist in investigating safety incidents or attempted incidents, analyze causes and assist in developing preventive measures, participate in the preparation of accident reports and statistical analysis, and assist in improving emergency response procedures.

5.Environmental management support: assist with environmental management related work, such as environmental monitoring and data recording, waste management records, etc.

6.Other support work: Assist the department to complete daily clerical work, such as meeting minutes, report writing, etc. Other HSE related tasks.

7.Projects during the internship: Standardization of production safety, on-site chemical management, standardization of HSE on-site identification labels, and optimization of fire protection system inspection processes, etc.

8.Follow up company HSE related responsibilities.

-Bachelor's degree majored in Environment Engineering or Safety Engineering.
-Office skills ,be familiar with Microsoft Office, PBI.
-English: CET-4 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
