OSS Technical Coordinator Leader – Tianjin

Job Summary
The Technical Coordinator Leader is in charge of planning and organizing the FAL interventions on Aircraft to treat the non-conformities identified by the Final Customer. He / She provides technical support to OSS operational team and is in charge of the warehouse management. Whenever needed he/she supports the OSS Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Team and Operations Management
The OSS Technical Coordinator Leader in Tianjin shall

• Retrieve and analyze the list of non-conformities raised by Final Customer ;
• Justify the liability of each non-conformity ;
• Identify the needs for documentations and parts replacement, placing associated orders with the OSS team ;
• Write and send to Customer the assistances request prior to interventions ;
• Plan the FAL intervention based on :
o Standard time for each ;
o Milestones priorities ;
o Open items (NC's) in reactivity window ;
o Milestones on the following days ;
o The capacity of the OSS operational team (workload) by providing an extra activity in the event of unforeseen situations (ex: no access in aircraft) ;
• Communicate the list of interventions planned during the day to the OSS operational team.

Logistic Support
The OSS Technical Coordinator Leader in Tianjin shall

• Overseeing all supply chain operations.
• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
• Answering customer queries.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required and Focus in Engineering preferred.
Experience: Experience in Aerospace is required.
Computer Skills: Competent with MS Office programs. Knowledge of ERP (e.g. SAP) is a plus.
Other Skills: Technical Worker, Warehouse management, reading and understanding of technical drawings
Additional Preferred Skills: Ability to resolve problems, Ability to adapt quickly on difficult situations, a will to go beyond the normal work scope
