Objective: Ensure the correct administration & employee control in order to be in line with different legal requirements. Plan and administrate in the most efficient way of the employee's benefits and services.
1. HR Management:
- Employees database and Attendance system management.
- Legal contracts and HR allowances management.
2. Data reports (Group reports) and HR Strategy:
- Develop HR KPI's to help management in decision making and the HR strategy.
- Group reporting.
3. HR Consulting Services:
- Administration and follow up of the HR consulting services (local and expatriates).
4. Develop an legal HR expertise:
- Be aware of the HR rules in China and their evolution.
- Be compliant with HR internal control.
5. Individual & Collective Contracts:
- Follow up of collective contracts and ensure harmonization.
- Manage the social dialog within the company.
6. Employee Relationship:
- Manage and improve the HR processes for a better efficiency and transparency to management and employees.
- Manage ER cases.
7. Other duties as assigned by manager.
