工作描述

Within the Purchasing Division of Safran Helicopter Engines, the Supplier Performance Management Department manages the improvement of the Supply Chain and Quality performance of Safran Helicopter Engines suppliers, while guaranteeing the consistency of the actions carried out by all the players in charge.

Manage the performance level of a panel of suppliers:
• Measure and communicate (internally and externally) overall performance (Milestones of industrialisation, supply-Chain (OTD) and Quality (PPM))
• Prepare, plan and manage the monthly supplier performance review
• Establish an action plan with the suppliers aimed at achieving operational objectives and monitor the implementation.
• Ensure the supplier's ability to carry out the production programs and industrialisation using baselines (load/capacity exercises with the supplier & actions plan to follow each month)
• Formalise with the supplier a risk analysis to ensure the ramp-up and controlling supplier risks
• Manage the development of industrial maturity of its supplier panel (QRQC, [email protected], Supplier Development worksites)
• Assess the supplier's risk management maturity and lead it to develop a BCP operational
• Managing logistical crisis situations with the SHE teams in France (weekly & get well call/visits for controlling work in progress in order to secure deliveries)
• Participate in supplier evaluation and pre-selection actions by bringing the vision industrial (Approvals, SSC)
• Reporting of activities:
- Weekly Conference & Flash report of activity with your management in France
- Weekly call with Supply Chain/Quality/Purchasing Safran HE French teams
- Weekly call with Suppliers contact
- Monthly Performance Report about UK Suppliers situation (Quality & logistic performances / Load/capacity news)

工作要求

• Knowledge
o Have a general Supply Chain type training supplemented by experience significant in Supply Chain/Production, if possible in the areas of the customer/supplier relationship (Purchasing/Quality)
o Lean 6 Sigma and MRPII (Basics/CPIM) basis & tools is a plus
o Literate in Microsoft package (Excel / Powerpoint / Word)
o To know & use an ERP (SAP)

o Able to work autonomously as the role is managed remotely.
o Ability to speak French is disable, or have the desire to learn.

工作的特殊性

Frequent travel within the UK - roughly 3 days a week business trips to suppliers.
Regular travel to France - roughly once a quarter to spend time with the team.
