工作描述

• Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Management of the overall needs to regulatory compliance and interface with regulatory institutions (CAA, FAA, EASA, TCCA, etc…); ensure Quality Assurance meets the requirements of the AS 9100 standard
• Liaison with all areas of the business on all matters relating to quality systems, procedures, direction, processes, including Quality Assurance implementation and maintenance
• Management of key measurements for Quality performance (measure and report Cost of Non-Quality, defects parts per million etc)
• Management of both internal and external audits, in accordance with agreed schedules, and production precise timely reports
• Responsible for activities related to the identification, tracking and resolving of all quality problems
• Assisting with the interaction of all customer complaints to provide ongoing communication with timely involvement, review and action to address these issues
• Provision of coaching on quality improvement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root cause analysis, 8D); provide training for Quality Assurance implementation through the company.
• Provision of Human Factors training to all employees
• Reviewing when required approved maintenance data and specifications to ensure quality and reliability requirements are addressed
• Providing Quality Assurance personnel with assistance and training to ensure acceptable quality performance
• Providing a direct communication link with company senior/middle management and coordinating with all departments for quality problem resolution.
• Managing/Participating in customer and regulatory quality audits
• Ensuring the training of the inspectors and signatories in conjunction with the requirements of the various regulations.
• Management of the Process Excellence framework, training delivery and maintenance of the training/skills matrix, including competence reviews aligned to the 4* framework.
• Participating in customer purchase orders and subcontract reviews
• Following up with customers on trials and corrective actions
• To act as the Site Risk Representative, linking in the SLS Risk Manager, providing support and guidance on the Safran Enterprise Risk Management
• To act as the Site Records and Archives Manager

工作要求

• In-depth knowledge of Aerospace Regulations e.g EASA, FAA, AS 9100 etc
• In-depth knowledge of Aerospace Requirements e.g. AD;s AC;s SB;s CMM;s, SOPM's etc
• Internal Audit quality qualification, IRCA preferred
• Member of CQI or equivalent experience
• Preferred AS9100 Lead Assessor
• EASA Part 145, FAA 145 auditor
• Experience of working at all levels including both internal & external customers
• Experience of dealing with regulatory authorities is essential
• Lean skills/experience such as Six Sigma, Kaizen 5s
• You will be confident, driven, an excellent communicator with a hands on approach
• Strong statistical and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and rigour, detail-orientated
