What is an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are Government funded, work-based training programmes for recruiting full-time people ages 16+ (there is no upper age limit) and providing them with the opportunity to combine ‘on the job' training with a nationally recognised. The apprenticeships programme, funded through the Welsh Government supports training costs. The employer who works with an approved training provider carries out most of the training, for Safran Seats this is Newport and District Group Training Association (NDGTA), University of South Wales and University of Wales Trinity St David's
