Inventory & Warehouse Executive

a) Maintains inventory records, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at each level, and expiration dates
b) Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet company goals
c) To act as main contact point for all stock transfer and adjustment and ensure all documents are in order and with proper approvals prior to execution of stock transfer
d) To review inventory workflow, propose enhancement and documentation of inventory cycle
e) To ensure inventory is kept at a healthy level, highlight slow moving items and propose action plan
f) To check and ensure cycle count is performed by stores on a timely basis and work with stores to investigate variance
g) Manages inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and to flag out if inventory levels are not replenished in a timely manner
h) To monitor and follow up defective stock status with action plan proposed and be in charge of store return process from store
i) Participate to plan, drive and execute warehousing improvements projects through the deployment of IT, Technology, Innovation and Transformation
j) Ensuring the Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements in warehouse met and maintained
k) Ensure the warehousing operations meet the regulatory or contractual requirements
l) Ensuring documentation and keeping accurate warehouse records
m) Support warehouse management in various administrative tasks as needed
n) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations
o) Any other duties assigned

a) Minimum “O” level with 3 years experiences in store inventory control and shipping
b) Well-versed in inventory computerized systems, preferably SAP B1
c) Good keyboard and typing skills
d) Good communication skills in English
e) Preferably with knowledge of the aviation industry
