Supply Chain Key user H/M

The Information Systems Key User is the referent on Supply Chain SAP applications in his/her business area

As such, he/she is the preferred point of contact for his domain (depending on the organization: end users, managers), Business Referent and for IS functional experts on his application scope.

• To contribute within the business organization to maintaining a close and efficient link between end users, processes and business application solutions as a referent to ensure best practices and business application standards.
• To participate to the integration of newcomers in their job by giving them the basics to start with the applications and existing knowledge sites.
• To participate in the identification, formalization of new needs and their prioritization with the help of IS Business Referents
• Carry out acceptance tests,
• Create documentation
• Train end users
• Ensure declarations and follow-up of incidents and deviations with internal IT services.
• Manage and ensure the consistency of Access and Business Role granted to users and their use of systems corresponding to their job role (GLA: Local Access Manager).
• To participate in the Key User communities organized by the IS Business Referents

Industrial Engineering / Systems Engineering or similar
