The ERP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining item master data, establishing product setups, and ensuring data integrity in the ERP system. This role is also responsible for analyzing and driving execution in all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, inventory control, and special projects.

• Leads ERP Systems Specialist activities within the division. These include, but are not limited to Item Master creation, systems integration, IS Liaison, ERP troubleshooting and support, inventory management, S&OP, planning, scheduling, and procurement functions.
• Creates and maintains SOP documents and metrics required or requested by other departments and manages all material and information flows related to the item master creation process.
• Learns and becomes “Super-User” in ERP system and facilitates the development of team members in learning and utilization of ERP.
• Liaison between centralized IS support team and site, driving system updates, and continuous improvement.
• Looks for opportunities to standardize data, processes, and find solutions that enable optimization of ERP system functionality for the division and site.
• Supports the division by providing timely and accurate information (KPIs) that facilitates daily decision-making, execution and future decisions.
• Analyzes existing item related information to maintain ERP data integrity, correcting data inconsistencies, ensure smooth operation of MRP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain analytic tools for purchasing, planning, master scheduling, sales and operations planning (S&OP), ERP/MRP systems and others.
• Work with all levels of supply chain and other functions to develop and execute standardized analytic tools to support the supply chain function.

• Manage project deployment and change management by applying updates and changes in ERP system.
• Work with all departments to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives and opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing data for strategic decision-making process in new or existing project developments.
• Ability to prepare and give presentations to internal and external stakeholders of various organizational levels.
• Project coordination of item launches/changes throughout implementation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Management, and Operations (preferred) from an accredited university or equivalent education/experience; equivalent experience equals 4 years supply chain management experience + any additional experience indicated below.
Experience: 3-5 years' data management, project analyst and supply chain experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment with the ability to influence others. 2+ years of meaningful analyst experience and some project management experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel skills (ex: macros, arrays, pivot tables, logic statements, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
• APICS certification
• Data management experience
• Project management experience
• Experienced ERP working knowledge
• Knowledge of VBA and SQL
• BI Tool experience
