Mission:
Manage contracts with aircraft manufacturers and airline customers for the supply of aircraft engines, and associated business processes.
Job Description:
Develop and manage contracts with aircraft manufacturers for the supply of installed aircraft engines.
o Draft and negotiate contract language and communications with aircraft manufacturers.
o Manage all ongoing business topics related to airframer contracts, including negotiation with airframers as needed.
o Coordinate with internal teams to address ongoing business issues for closure.
o Manage implementation of new processes in CFM organization with other functional leaders.
o Manage any production and quality topics which impact ordering and delivery processes.
o Coordinate introduction of new products and product improvements, from a contractual and business perspective.
o Understand and assist with management, tracking and implementation of payments, purchase order and engine deliveries, as well as all other financial transactions with the aircraft manufacturer.
o Develop forecasts for financial flows between CFM and airframers.
Implement the airline / lessor customer contracts:
o With customer team, manage and administer the terms and conditions of the airline customer contract.
o Facilitate the relationship between internal stakeholders and the customer.
o Calculate and coordinate the payments and orders with airline customers \ lessors.
Support company business initiatives and issues:
o Represent Contracts for specific company-wide programs and participate in cross functional teams.
Implement and manage special projects, as needed, related to process improvements for the organization.
Provide analysis and data for periodic reviews and various management reports.
Maintain databases and information systems.
Contract management, including review, tracking, interpretation and other related projects.
If requested, support sales and legal teams as required during proposal and contract negotiations with airline customers.
o Review contract language, both in form and substance.
o Develop internal positions in response to airlines requests.
Act as a liaison with Safran organization in France.
Complete company required training as well as training for an individual growth plan.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years relevant work experience, preferably in an aerospace-related field
Experience with drafting and management of commercial contracts
Experience in customer relationship management, including negotiation
Skills:
Must possess excellent customer interaction skills, strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, and ability to simplify complex problem and work in an international and global environment
Must be proactive and able to work under deadlines
Must be a team player, and able to work close contact with other team members.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all business levels
Must be able to travel occasionally
High Proficiency with Office, in particular Excel is a plus
Prior Salesforce experience a plus
