2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Tool Prep Cascades will process and clean tool for recirculation into the manufacturing process, and prepare Cascade for visual inspection.
This includes four stations:
1) Receive Cascades tools from the process and prepare them to go back into production.
2) Remove cured resin buildup
3) Remove silicon using chisel and hammer, clean and frekot silicon
4) May require sanding the part surface smooth, seal and apply resin to the part.
Summary of Duties (may or may not include the following):
This job requires manual labor including sanding and working with chemicals using proper personal protective equipment, especially when applying release agents to the molds. Must be able to follow training and directions from leads or supervisors and adhere to Company safety standards.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year stable employment history preferred. Experience with Hand Tools or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Aerospace experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft products
Other Skills: Ability to read engineering blue prints is desirable.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
