Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:

Facilities Manager

Manages the operation and maintenance of the buildings, equipment, furnishings, grounds, and all regulatory agencies (related to facilities).
The Facilities include structures and grounds, as well as, multiple utilities such as heating, air conditioning, power, water and electrical.
The position's role is to provide for the proper and safe functioning of all of the facilities, as well as, to perform facility planning,
capital budgeting, oversight of construction, remodeling and repair of the facilities. Promotes lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.

Facilities and capital planning.
Facilities operation, maintenance, repair, installation and construction.
Supervision of staff, including but not limited to: performance evaluation of staff, corrective action, coaching and mentoring staff,
and other management-related responsibilities.
Manage labor costs and expenses.
Manage the maintenance of the exterior of the facility; oversee landscaping contractors.
Manage and oversee the security of the facility; oversee the security contractors.
Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications.
Promote a positive working relationship within team, location and contractors.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing proper safety procedures
Assumes responsibility for the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of Facilities/Maintenance functions.
Effectively supervises assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with employees and management.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of effective Facilities/Maintenance Department planning, policies, and procedures.

Annual Salary: USD 77,280-141,440

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from a college/technical school in a related field preferred.
Experience:
5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year of leadership/management experience.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Windows Operating System® and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles.
Other Skills:
Knowledge of construction, building systems repair/maintenance required.
Ability to manage multiple complicated priorities/tasks required.
Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks & programs.
Ability to interface successfully with contractors and vendors and maintain positive business relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.

Additional Preferred skills (not required):
Experience within a aerospace or aircraft manufacturing facility.
Previous experience with large scale project management to include facility remodel/transformation.
Familiarity with WA state environmental regulations and compliance best practices.
7+ years of related experience.
3+ years of leadership/management experience.

Working Conditions:
Does require fluent communication in English language.

Traveling may be required.
