Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:

Document Control & Training Administrator
1st shift = 630a-3p M-F

Responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Facilitates production training in the areas of compliance. Provides administrative support for the data entry, deliver, and related tasks in the company's Learning Management System. Release, maintain, control and distribute all company, vendor and customer documents, specifications and engineering drawings associated with the production of company designed commercial aircraft interiors.

Supports the company's training efforts.
Prepares weekly reports that lists expired or about to expire training, follows up with team members to arrange for training as necessary.
Conducts Skill Assessments for Production and Production Support personnel.
Conducts Performance Progression System activities.
Maintains accurate training records.
Administer the release of process documents and engineering drawings within timely manner.
Track and correct revision discrepancies (attention to detail).
Effective collaborator.
Proven problem-solving abilities within a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and within a team, including handling of confidential and sensitive information.

工作要求

High school diploma or equivalent, additional training or experience is preferred.
1-2 years of administrative experience.
Proficient with Windows Operating System® and MS Office® products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong typing skills.
Experience with managing files, records, and other office procedures.
Understanding of reporting and recordkeeping requirements is a plus.
Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally.
Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be cooperative, honest, good-natured and pleasant to work with.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
Demonstrate computer literacy to include spreadsheet, presentation, and word-processing ability.
Excellent customer service skills. Able to handle a moderate degree of stress, changes in priorities and frequent interruptions.
Must be accurate, detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
Expected to utilize judgment to policies and procedures and techniques as required to accomplish duties and responsibilities of the job.
Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
Maintain positive attitude towards company goals.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Working knowledge of opening and releasing process documents and engineering drawings within Smarteam. Knowledge of databases.

Working Conditions:
Does require fluent communication in English language.
Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Frequently is required to stand and sit.
Occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
