Production Control Analyst III

In the role of Production Control Analyst III, you will coordinate work between departments in an efficient and effective manner according to the schedule. This position contributes to our vision by:
 Coordinate and expedite the production line material flow according to the schedule or production plan.
 Provide dispatch lists.
 Play a key role in the development and presentation of reports that represent the status of production requirements through communications with the assigned program.
 Work closely with the Master Scheduler to react according to the demand fluctuation and supply / provision. Level load MRP to support customer demand and internal forecasts.
 Work hand-in-hand with all departments to determine the progress of bundles in accordance to MRP. Elevate issues with the appropriate leaders as required. Review, understand and take actions with natural team for Behind Schedule Hours (BSH)
 Assure customer satisfaction with timely feedback to all inquiry's and/or expedites.
 Accept, analyze status and expedite a given production requirement.
 Actively work on continuous improvement projects as a leader and as a team member to assure goals are met.
 Provide input on how to approach all aspects of a given requirement related to material flow, scheduling, potential constraints, etc.
 Follow Up On Delivery of Kits to MFG (Schedule adherance)
 Launching On Time Follow Up
 Shortages follow up (Escalation of Future late Deliveries), Validate material coverage with procurement in change of schedule or engineering changes

Education
 Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in production control or master scheduling
