Safran Cabin headquarters are in Huntington Beach, California, with a global presence of over 10,000 employees at 39 sites. Safran Cabin serves over 400 airlines and leasing companies globally and delivers to all airframe OEM manufacturers with a heritage spanning over 80 years in the industry.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for supporting customer's purchase orders and other related activities involving order management and supporting the customer's needs. Lead in the execution of customer service policies.

This position is responsible for interpretation, implementation, and management of all contractual requirements related to customer service. This may include knowledge of military and export compliance regulations.

The expected salary range for this position is between $33,600 - $52,800 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

The successful candidate must be a good communicator who is able to maintain diplomatic and positive relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels. The candidate must have excellent problem solving and team building skills.

Summary of Duties:
- Strong knowledge of ERP, inventory control, budgets/costing, forecast/ planning, and analysis.
- Must be able to interpret and implement contractual requirements related to Customer Service and Support (this will also include Export Compliance and Unique Military requirements).
- Must have the ability to assemble and deliver presentations to customers and to other departments and personnel in the company.

Computer Skills:
•Familiar with Windows Operating System® and Office XP® (especially Excel®).
•Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Other Skills:
•Demonstrated ability to handle projects and assignments with attention to detail
•Problem solving and well organized
