ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT MANAGER - WIDEBODY INTERIORS

Oversee all Engineering related projects within the portfolio
Responsible for assigned portfolio of projects including related processes
Is responsible for full engineering budget hours and cost (e.g. outside services)for assigned portfolio
Is responsible for OTD and keeping CPI and SPI for assigned portfolio
Resolve project conflicts, scheduling issues, re-scope issues, capacity issues and others
Reports portfolio KPIs
Communicate with both internal and external customers
Ensure positive team approach, personal development
Is responsible for fulfilment of Safety and Environment system Policy and Safety and Environment targets

Create / Check or Approve project related documents

University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and skills
Fluent English in both spoken and written form
Ability to negotiate difficult topics
Experience in 2D/3D CAD
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Good knowledge of regulations, products and processes
Strong management skills
