工作描述
* Serve as a trusted advisor, supporter and mentor to managers and employees on all HR related topics
*Provide advice and guidance on the application of Company policies, labor law and internal procedures
* Contribute to defining the company's strategy and establishing and implementing the company human re-sources policy in line with the Group's policy:
- Participate in the design and implementation of organizational HR initiatives, projects and group projects
- Talent & Career Management
- KPI Reporting
* Cover the whole employee life cycle and undertake HR projects as required by the business (Pipeline: Job description, training concept)
* Ensure strict compliance with current employment practices and processes as well as aviation law re-quirements
* Assist and support management in the identification of resourcing requirements and co-ordinate the day-to-day aspects of recruitment and selection process
* Ensure the data protection policy is adhered to regarding confidentiality of personal information, access by employees to records
工作要求
* University Degree with a focus on Human Resource Management or Business or equivalent (essential)
* Strong experience in full employee life cycle for 5+ years in a highly dynamic and international environ-ment
* In-depth knowledge of German employment legislation, labour law, social security law and interpretation of HR policies & procedures
* Strength in building trust and working relationships with different levels within the organization
* A multicultural person with extensive exposure to a diverse working environment and international pro-jects
* Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
* Fluency in English and German
