Within the Customer Support and the Services Organization, the Services Sales Manager is accountable for functional and business objectives. In this role, you will integrate the Services Sales team, report to the Services Sales Director and you will be based in Vélizy, France.
Manage a portfolio of existing Customers and develop the relationship with new Customers;
Identify and capture profitable Services business for the Services Organization network;
Negotiate with Customers the contract terms that will govern long-term business;
React to the market needs, competition and pricing;
Be the voice of the Customer within the Services Organization as well as with Airlines, Airframers and MROs;
Achieve the Company Services Sales targets;
Comply with the Safran Group and Safran Landing Systems processes, rules and code of conduct;
Promote internally the necessary changes to improve the services to match the Customer needs.
Technical background on Landing Gear + Systems Equipments;
Aviation Industry understanding;
Strong negotiations skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the Organization;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Self-motivated with a proactive working style;
High communication skills;
Able to drive multiple projects;
Travels within the EAMEI region.
