Chargé-e d'Affaires - Maintenance Moteurs Avions Civils F/H

The Engine Owner manages the maintenance of the engines which are offloaded to SAFRAN Partners' shops. She/He engages all the stakeholders (from different functions and sites) to fulfill the commitment towards the Customer Team in terms of TAT and cost from engine removal until ready-to-install.
As such, she/he is responsible for anticipating shop visit scenarios, managing associated risks as well as consolidating the solution that allows, throughout the maintenance activities, to meet the objectives of the shop visit in terms of Customer satisfaction, TAT and costs, and having it validated.

Technical background with a good knowledge of the engine.
Excellent relationship and communication skills.
Customer satisfaction-oriented with Airlines and Lessors.
High level of exigence internally and with our partners.
Well organized and capable of multi-tasking.

Missions between our Partners shops in Europe/Middle East and Headquarters (Montereau-sur-le-Jard / Villaroche).
